Goût de France or Taste of France is an annual gourmet festival held to celebrate French gastronomy on five continents. Their theme in 2019 focused on socially and environmentally responsible cuisine.
IFI Bandung was the one who introduced Lou Lou to Goût de France.
Prior to this exciting event, Lou Lou had spent a week concocting the perfect idea to represent the exquisite French cuisine. And an amazing idea popped up!
What do you think about macarons with truffle fillings? Probably sounds weird, but trust me it worked!
We created two flavours by combining truffle with two decadent ingredients: chocolate and cream cheese. Fortunately, many of them liked the unique flavor fusion and were craving for more!
