Macarons is what we call sec petit four. In other words, it is a type of small bite-sized desserts. And what is best paired with desserts? Tea of course!
As the first workshop of the decade, Lou Lou held a macaron painting and tea pairing workshop in collaboration with Kreasi Kopi and Oza Tea.
Each participant was given 5 macarons to paint on after a short introduction to the basics of food coloring by Lou Lou’s instructor, Jesslyn. It was then followed by a thorough tea pairing instructions by Oza Tea! Here are some recommended macarons and tea pairing from Oza Tea:
